The basic motivations to create this series were traditional wooden Polish houses and Valerio Olgiati’s Iconographic Autobiography. Paintings and objects refer to houses and landscape, but it’s not the real thing that is being registered, rather the image that follows an experience.

Diploma consists of 7 paintings, which focus on composition and color, and 7 objects that are purely about form and light. Houses are being presented by those pairs in two different ways - more architectural and abstract or emotional and referential.
