White Noise Club
The club for electronical music was realized as the second part of the White Noise concept in Stuttgart.
After the never ending working hours, after all the housework, after the stress, the effort, the routine… Then comes friday, then party, then we dance. The ritual, as old as mankind, has not changed, our way to understand it neither, but we keep providing it new temples. White Noise Club is one of them.
Placed in the same square as the White Noise Bar and combined with it to create a leisure ensemble, the promoters searched a way to introduce a business concept where the customers could enjoy their free time all day long, being the Club the epicenter and last point of the route.
And as a temple it was done. Leaving aside the complexity of the forgiven space, the project focus on the music, creating an altar where the dj takes the center of the room. The dominating air ducts are let visible and even reinforced with the specially designed lightning concept. The use of plain concrete for the bar, the sitting areas and the dj table creates a uniform interior landscape that resemble to the post industrial backgrounds where the electronic music was born.
The project was realised together with other artists, creating new synergies and forcing a more democratic approach to the result. Credits: Roland Batroff (LED-Light-System), Aromat (Carpenter, Art)
