Clubhouse and football locker rooms
The new equipment is located within the Petit Plessis sports complex. Visible from the ring road to the west, it marks the game board and the entrance to the town of La Riche.
The building takes place on a square base, located equidistant from the ground of honor and the training ground. The program is divided into four rectangular buildings which revolve around a patio open to the sky. A single-pitched roof connects the four entities that can operate independently.
This layout allows the changing rooms to be shielded from direct views from the football pitches while providing a more intimate space for clubhouse events.
The latter opens onto a covered terrace, located at the south-east corner, from where supporters can watch the matches while enjoying the bar.
Made of a wooden frame and biosourced insulation, the equipment offers two distinct facades : an outer skin in hand-moulded bricks, surmounted by a glass strip that illuminates all the rooms in the program and an inner skin in larch wood cladding, in contact with the patio.
