Boca Negra Bar
On the ground floor of a historic building that had to be respected, is the Boca Negra wine cellar, whose client requested that the kitchen, both creative and changing, should be the physical and symbolic center of the premises.
The entire structure, independent of the pre-existing stone walls, is visible and multifunctional: it wraps, exposes and protects the food; it houses the kitchen and the associated storage spaces; it functions as a bottle and glasses rack; it is a bar and bench, and from it also hangs the lighting and air conditioning systems.
The steelwork, normally hidden material, is dignified and shown here openly and sincerely, explaining the concept of the project in a clear and direct way.
