A light construction during the day, rich with dynamic volumes and shadows. At night, the building becomes as sifted light box, getting a fragile and porous building.
The depth and variability by use of its inhabitants, creating reflections, shadows and silhouettes that flow between interior and exterior. The building investigates the transparency and diversity.
A thin perforated skin, a translucent veil works as a sunscreen and as a visual filter to preserve the privacy of their occupants.
Flexibility, luminosity, lightness, clarity, freedom, rationality, simplicity, dynamism, mobility, openness, emptiness, appearing and disappearing.
The dwellings are arranged around the central core of communications and services, leaving all bedrooms in façade an all services inside. The location of the living-rooms in the corner can play with the façade featuring balconies on either side free and making it disappear on the four planes of enclosure.
400 panels and perforated aluminum sheet: 3mm anodized matte silver form the second skin of the building, creating an intangible appearance and a porous architecture of imperceptible becoming.
The panels are slided along the entire façades . The panels can be moved freely, getting a open system which varies according the necessity of the users and not determined by the architect.
