Piranesi
Residential complex which consists of a large green space designed in harmony with the curved on the spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard
The project consists of three buildings of eleven floors above ground for a total of 119 apartments set to “C”, to form a large courtyard closed to the north and open to the south where overlook the stays of several units.
While the façade facing north do not have any type of projection, those facing the internal courtyard are characterized by continuous balconies, that move the volumes in harmony with the garden design.
On the ground floor are located the entrance halls and common areas, inserted in a spacious garden in which with an underground garage, with 147 boxes.
The buildings along the Via Piranesi are situated back from the road in order to create a large green area, which filters the traffic of the street. As regards the materials of the project, the ventilated facade has a lining slabs of stoneware which allows performance of thermal insulation. The balconies have been shielded with a shading system of sliding lamellas to contain the solar irradiation.
The plant and equipment, supported by a particular attention to the insulation and the orientation of the buildings, allow the energy class A.
