Task
showroom, office, store und workshop define the space allocation. the sloped site is difficult to build. the client's wish was for an eye-catching building on the main road. as well as that the boss wanted to have his office on the roof of the building.

instead of excavating the site and making large retaining walls, the building hovers above the site. the boss wasn't placed on the roof- that would have been far too hierarchical. he remains on the same floor as his employees, admittedly slightly raised and with a unique view. the dramatic entrance creates a balancing element on the opposite side to the boss's office.
