O&O Baukunst is led by the architects Roland Duda, Christian Heuchel, Florian Matzker, Markus Penell jointly managed with Laurids Ortner and Manfred Ortner.
The demands upon our shared architecture have grown together with the size of our tasks. However, the conceptual processes derived from the Haus-Rucker-Co projects have remained essentially the same. In terms of content, the focus is on European architectural conditions, which must combine historical heritage with the requirements of attractive renewal. The O&O Depot art gallery presents exhibitions by independent artists, continuing what began half a century ago with Haus-Rucker-Co: Crossing the void between art and architecture again and again, bringing in inspirations that can be implemented as building concepts. Architects Alexander Dal and Lars Riebschläger have been Associates at O&O Baukunst in Berlin since 2020, Martin Bachem has been Associate at O&O Baukunst Köln since 2021.
