Max Hacke studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart and at the Architectural Association (AA) in London, where he received his diploma in 2012. After several years of work experience in the London architecture offices Wilkinson Eyre (2013-2014) and Roz Barr Architects (2014-2016), together with Gustav Düsing he won the competition for the construction of a new university building at the Technical University of Braunschweig (The informal studio, 2016). He subsequently moved to Berlin and founded his architecture practise BÜRO HACKE.
