This building has three functions: advertising and sales office, marketing management, and clients’ agency. In the advertising ad sales office, there is a model house showing different floor types, a space for clients’ entertainment and a space for sales. Those are designed along a spine of circulation. Open semi open and closed spaces are connecting each other.The building is planned to be used for general activities (sports, clubs, etc) after the sales of the firm ends.
