The building is located along a prominent Salzburg urban entrance and can only be viewed when driving past it by car. The dynamics and movement of cars draws one into the building and becomes the conceptual approach. The user can move within the building as he would on a public road. It is possible for him to drive through, to park, to get out of the car and to experience the variety of automobile technology. The facilities of the garage and the sales department are layered on top of each other and can be reached directly by car. The navigable levels, the completely arched roof and wing shaped elements define the space and appearance of the sales division which is arranged around the glass covered roof foyer. The two foyer levels of service and sales are connected by a convenient escalator. The offices of the business management are located above the roof and offer a fantastic panorama of the alpine surroundings and the runways of the nearby airport.
