Housing in Veyrier
The project consists of 18 housing units distributed over three levels. It takes advantage of the elongated geometry of the plot. The dwellings, arranged in three cores, are all dual-aspect. They benefit from an eastern orientation towards the trees and a western orientation towards the fields and distant views.
Access to the three cores is provided from an esplanade located between the new building and the existing trees. This protected space serves as an informal meeting place for residents and as a play area for children. At both ends of the building, two access ramps allow vehicles to be quickly directed down to the basement level.
