Installation of Palazzo Schifanoia
The museum display project for the Palazzo Schifanoia factory combines the valorisation of the context with the exhibition needs of the works of the Civic Museum of Ferrara. The new architectural bodies accompany the visitor throughout the entire journey, declining in shape according to needs, offering the best use of the works, acting as a technical infrastructure for the enhancement of the building. These objects with essential shapes are characterized by the "Dark Bronze" color which recalls the construction and decorative elements of the building, allowing harmony with the existing colors and at the same time ensuring their recognisability as new, contemporary objects. The careful control of natural and artificial light designed specifically for each room allows the creation of a continuous contemplative atmosphere capable of enhancing the architecture and works on display.
