The façade of the building is fake.
It isn’t a refurbishment because it has never existed before, it was just designed to look that way.
The three big windows that cut the plan of the traditional styled façade, interrupting its various ornaments and tiles, are also fake. The façade was never cut because it was intentionally built that way, to evoke the idea of a cut, without the actual need to perform it.
The fragments of a façade inside the apartments are obviously fake too. They’re all made from cardboard plaster, foam and plaster, to hide technical things such as light systems, washing machines, kitchen cupboards, etc.
The fact that the wood and marble floors are actually ceramic tiles shouldn’t surprise anyone.
