a study during art jakarta garden 2022

we try to play with the size of a bench, this time; its length.
if a single bench became extremely long, perhaps the length would attract people.

how would it play with people's proximity?
how would people position themselves from one another?
further apart, or closer together?
would they interact or isolate themselves from one another?

this time we try to lengthen the bench by arranging a number of benches into one continuous bench.
very long, very temporary, yet there are a lot of flaws, all very interesting for us.

sometimes in the future, in different context and occasions, the (very) long bench will return
