The Parisian beer brewing company La Beer Fabrique decided to set up its offices and a workshop in a former warehouse located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement.
The space to be completely refurbished is to accommodate offices for 20 people as well as a space dedicated to the public, dedicated to brewing training.
This workshop offers a meeting and theoretical training room, as well as a space dedicated to practice: two large benches can accommodate 1 to 10 people per session. A technical area contains the tanks, pumps and adapted technical elements. This area is completed by a bar around which tastings are organised.
The existing premises have been cleaned and left untouched for the setting up of the workshop: concrete on the floor, walls in ruins and technical networks left visible. The custom-made metal joinery elements are also treated in varnished butt metal.
The contrast of materials is brought by the natural stone used on the ceppo di gré mattresses and the bar in green marble from the Alps, and the green curtains that separate the meeting room.
