SHOWROOM BISAZZA
Via Solferino 22, corner Largo Treves, Milan, January 1911: here Lino Pesaro starts his business, a figure lin- ked to Milanese and Italian art collectors.
At the same address, after more than a hundred years, Bisazza opens a new Flagship Store.
The project it’s a tribute to this charismatic figure and to the painting “Rissa in Galleria” by Umberto Boccio- ni. Colours play a fundamental role: cobalt blue mixed with magenta and emerald green, all illuminated by golden yellow.
The colours and the three golden pillars took inspiration directly from the painting to convey the energy of the scene set in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.
The colors influenced the choice of fabrics and marble tops. The rooms are illuminated by sumptuous chan- deliers. Four large suspended mirrors, placed in the central hall, create an unexpected vertical perspective. A sort of baroque machine.
An unexpected and flourishing garden, inside the new Flagship Store, where flowers are reinterpreted with mosaic: new floral decorations designed by Carlo Dal Bianco speaking of color, beauty and spring which lead back to the atmosphere of Italian and French gardens.
