TRATTORIA CAPRESE | TORINO FOOD
In the sea of Capri there is a color every ten meters from indigo to blue, from blue to light blue and then to green. A unique sample.

TRATTORIA CAPRESE is located in the heart of the center of Turin, in one of the most beautiful squares of the city, Piazza Savoia, in the area known as Quadrilatero Romano. Located between Via Corte d'Appello and Via della Consolata, it represents one of the most curious views of the city, due to the obelisk that towers at its center. Its name derives from the Savoie region, once a possession of the kingdom of Sardinia, although it is commonly thought to be dedicated to the homonymous dynasty reigning House of Savoy.
The restaurant, housed in a building protected by the superintendency, overlooking the square and via the court of appeal, is the result of an important redevelopment of a previous restaurant. Located on two levels, it has the main access right on Piazza Savoia.
TRATTORIA CAPRESE is a franchise, but above all it is a concept, a philosophy, an idea, a thought whose purpose is to make the user feel the typical atmosphere of CAPRI ISLAND; a sort of island in the city.
The colors, the atmosphere, the perfumes, the furnishings and the objects of detail are strong references to the Island.
We started from a simple but well-optimized distribution of the interior spaces to create large-scale aggregation and service environments, passing to the exaltation of some of the strong points of the project: the wood-burning oven, covered in ceramic shards by Vietri. exposed and the kitchen have been left exposed, to engage customers and convey a sense of transparency to them.
We then used different materials, including wood, metal, glass, Vietri ceramics, and the details were taken care of thanks to the work of the artisans who worked alongside us to create custom-made furniture, modern and island-style boiserie. In respect of the brand TRATTORIA CAPRESE and its image, we tried to create a pleasant but at the same time identity atmosphere.
