The project liberates a space on two levels to link the street floor to the garden floor. This central place organizes the living rooms of the house and brings daylight to the heart of the building.

On the street floor, the entrance is a multifunctional room for dressing, workshop, garage for bicycles, … The living room overlooks the garden, communicates visually with the workshop above the double height space. In the centre, the main circulation develops around the central room, to distribute the dining room and the kitchen until the garden.
