FORM AND SPACE
Exhibition of first-year project design architecture students work based on form and space concepts.
This exhibition presents the production of Architecture first year design project students of Federal University of Paraná.
Through didactic exercises idealized over the last 8 years, translating conceptualization, constructive and synthesis aspects of visual expression for the understanding the process of form generating, these exercises, which belong to the initial cycle of formation, reveal only part of the complex teaching-learning process and evidence of the artistic character of space and form, the relation between art and technique, the utilitarian plastic space.
Special focus was given on the phenomenology, achieved trough materials manipulation, and its reverberation on form and space
There are a lot of themes explored, most of them showing a kind of mix between utopian and real architectural contexts and challenges.
