The apartment is situated in the city centre of Milano, near the Piccolo theatre of Milano. The space has been design keeping the original material as the main actors of the house.

In order to gain enough space for the kitchen and dining room three rooms have been joined; the existing floors with different textures and colors were kept to create a unique effect. Most of the fresco that were found under the plaster were restored and kept to give back to the house its historical origin.

The original parquet was painted in white to keep the wood veining but to create a feeling of pureness.
