“Cu mancia fa muddichi” is a change of use from an apartment to a restaurant and an experiment which try to make possible both the presence of a restaurant and of other apartments in the same building. The project is very respectful of the original layer of the apartment and the most of the intervention is about a new shape for the kitchen area. Meals area has a simple structure with original flooring and a very classical wallpaper inspired by the allure of the bourgeois building in which the restaurant is set. Furnitures are essential and suitable to the mood of the restaurant, which try to convey the tradition of Sicilian food.
