Xindian - where is surrounding by beautiful sceneries, and facing the Xindian Creek in Taipei. taiwan.
Thus, the head point of design concept will be – how to save this amazing view so people can look out through the French window at any angle in the living room.
That is the reason we canceled television wall, in order to people can gaze forward through the French windows. Taking the beauty of nature as the background.
Tighter the family relationship is another design point – The only way to design style is life.
In this modern world, people start to put less attention on family quality time; long working hours, social media platform etc. That is why we would like to make the living room as the center in this space, not only larger the vision of the living room, dining room, and social corner, but also enhance the core concept - gathering the family together.
We have changed the old illogical compartment plan of Construction Company into an open area.
In this project, indirect illumination design is not being considered, there are all direct lighting. Because we provided the 2 beams on the ceiling with a creative inspiration – Cover entire beams with stainless steel. It will show a different way of reflection on this interface material when it meets lights
The social corner where you can spend time with friends – As you can see, we made a non-traditional couch in concrete, instead of using tatami. Also if it is needed, there is a hidden table which it can be raised up.
We are dedicated to discovering the best way to enhance the advantage in a space, instead of trying to cover up the imperfect spot.
