This project is located at the center of the Hi-Tech zone of Hefei, Anhui; and developed by Landsea Real Estate and Anhui Investment Group together.

Sales centers for real estate are most commonly ‘temporary buildings’. After fulfilling their purpose of real estate sales, they will be either torn down or refurbished for other uses. Thus sales centers are indeed of high costs and last for very short periods. This design is intended to blend in the idea of ‘a study’. The proposed idea is to combine the function of sales center and community library. After real estate sales, this property can still be of relatively high usage.
There are two fundamental ideas in this design. In order to create a ‘Zen’ space, ‘woody color’ has been set as theme. To provide a peaceful, calm and comfortable reading environment, the design emphasized on the vertical lining, which created the sense of stretched space and expanded spatial scale.
Layout wise, the space has been separated into five different areas. From the far left to the right end, the experience is public gradually turned private; open space gradually turned into relatively enclosed area.
