The refurbishment project is on the penthouse of a building from the fifties in the centrally located, and recently blossomed Via Belvedere. The original and conventional setting, was based on a central corridor distributing spaces on both sides, with the living area split into several rooms.
The new project is organised around a central block containing wardrobe and storage, a solution that separates the night zone without generating a proper corridor.
The living area has been then redesigned as a unique space in contact with the vast terrace framing the townscape with the two towers and Saint Peter facade.
