Extension of the village structure by the creation of four residential buildings dedicated to rental, sale and protected housing. Development of an orchard in public park.

The project reinterprets the imposing volumetry of agricultural buildings to create a continuity of existing buildings. The play of dynamic roofs gives the expression of a coherent and unitary architectural ensemble. This vision is reinforced by the use of naturally aged wood for all facades. The layout highlights a layout of outdoor spaces on the courtyard and orchard side in the extension of the ground floor of the buildings.

The courtyard side is reserved for access, common areas for meetings and games. The orchard side is a relaxation area and a visual filter on the cantonal road. The apartments have a typology that takes the logic of the crossing for parts of life that connects visual court and orchard. The loggia completes this interior / exterior relationship. The show, place of distribution and reference of housing, is expressed in the center of the facades of each block of building with a hierarchy voluntarily sought
