Our desire was to offer maximum outdoor space for each apartment to promote the relationship to the environment and the views of the great landscape
The project "the balconies of the star" is part of a large relocation operation of the inhabitants of the city Leduc initially present on site in the 12th arrondissement of Marseille.
The pitch of the project takes place between two other residential building (promotion Marignan and HMP social housing already existing).
The main constraint and challenge of the construction of this 34-unit operation lies in the adaptation to the land and the compactness of the volume (parking and housing). The orientation facing the hills of the star has become the essential asset to the creation of the project. We have focused our thinking on the possibility of offering all residents East-West through homes with a clear day space on the great landscape.
