The design for The Garden Club in Beijing focuses on the importance of a local approach in design and architecture.
Traditional Hutong rooftop tiles are reused as feature walls in the most important rooms of the club with a clear reference to the traditional heritage of the capital.

The Garden Club in Beijing makes use of locally sourced materials such as traditional roof tiles and local timber to create a unique atmosphere in the center of the capital.
A large traditional tea showroom is combined with dining and meeting areas. The existing outdoor garden is inspired by traditional Chinese garden features.
