Charlap Hyman & Herrero completed a full-scale renovation of a Manhattan apartment with views of Central Park. At the heart of the apartment, we designed a kitchen with bi-fold doors that have a dual purpose: when closed, they create a room unto itself and, when open, they expand the adjacent living room. Tempering the classical precision and crisp architectural details are softer, more romantic elements, such as the master bedroom's scenic wallpaper.
