The center for social and cultural activities of Palma Campania is part of a larger territorial urban context. The lot which the building is destined to is included in an urban plan that provides the urbanization of a large area of communal territory on the edge of the historic center. The Polyvalent Structure is therefore a neighborhood building needed for the socio-cultural development of the new expansion zone as well as being a center of cultural activities serving the entire community of Palma Campania.
This dual role of "center" for a peripheral expansion zone and again "center" for the whole municipal context is one of the essential points which the project activity was focused on.
