Studio KNACK

The existing building from 1920 had to be extended with a new created annex.
Three owners share the house, every owner has his own floor,
which should also be used, due to demographic change, together in the future.
The northern facade represents the fusion of old and new.
From this point of view the annex shows a closed faÁade whereas the southern and western side (garden)
show the opposite with a very opened effect on account of the ample window apertures.
