We’re in Trento, close to Buonconsiglio Castle and above the city’s ancient red stone quarries, in a protected building dating back to the late 19th century. This structure develops in a compact manner in a north-east direction, whereas it opens up with traditional wooden balconies internally and towards the city in the valley below The project concerns the restoration of the facades of the building, currently in a bad state of disrepair, and the renovation of the external areas in particular the courtyard which is characterised by a sloping stone surface.
