Building refurbishment
This comprehensive restoration in Seville takes place in a building result of different constructions, segregations, partitions and additions to throughout history. It consists of two spaces, being the one that faces the street Cordoba the latest. The end result is a new shop, an office on the first floor and two apartments on second and third floors with public areas. The new staircase in the far corner street Cordoba support entire project spaces flowing from it. Constructively it has been surgery, cleaning, renovating and restoring a timely manner, placing value element to element.
