Located inside of an industrial building, the customer asks the need of a closed operations telesales space and a point of sale to the public, with the premise of making a "low-cost" work within very tight time.
Our proposal is to build a "light box" that allows the independence of uses while encouraging some activity to the rest of the space with the translucency of the material, functioning as the heart of the machine in a larger container.
During the work, new electrical, air conditioning, communications, etc that were hidden in steel construction were made.
Ubicados en el interior de un edificio industrial, el cliente nos transmite la necesidad de un espacio cerrado para las operaciones de venta telefónica y un punto de venta al público, con la premisa de realizar un trabajo "low-cost" y en un plazo de tiempo muy ajustado.
Nuestra propuesta trata de construir una "Caja de luz" que permita esa independencia de usos a la vez que fomenta una cierta actividad al resto de la nave con la translucidez de los materiales, funcionando como el corazón de la instalación dentro de un contenedor mayor.
Durante la obra, se realizaron nuevas instalaciones eléctricas, climatización, voz y datos que iban ocultas en la construcción de acero.
