The project has the purpose of introduce a precise and representative rule of this particular building which aim is to be an architectural synthesis between functional and dimensional needs by finding an identity and autonomy of the symbolic and reproductive value of architecture, identifying in its social functional as well.
The project includes the construction of a building for offices and showrooms realized in metallic structures, included in two concrete prefabricated area idealized for warehouse and production areas.
The facility as a complex and a whole is actually the composition of single and fully-recognizable parts, like in an area of a city – city in which the building’s alignments the pedestrian’s paths and the green areas brings to a rational centre’s concept.
The ground and first floor includes some representative conference rooms and open space office’s area.
The second floor includes an exposition area and some offices.
The project show the possibility of a building a place that will be a steady stage for various and different activities that will take place around it.
