MODULCOURT LILLE - FRANCE - Ryterna modul Architectural Challenge 2015

The project is located in the suburbs of Lille and creates a new urban sistem starting from the urban courtyard's form, for the integration of the asylum seekers with the neighborhood.
The form of the courtyard is for us a sustainable development for the city and to the integration with the existing building fabric.
The composition starts from the creation of the building complex that is based on two floors.
The ground floor is schematically arranged in a pattern that echoes the shape of the urban court.
The courts are arranged in an open scheme, crossed by pedestrian flows premises.
Each court also is equipped with service elements of their social-housing, such as laundry, public kitchen and bathrooms.
Service elements such as meeting room, internet point, medialab and kindergarten will be helpful to both the new community that the surrounding reality.
On the first floor.
The rotation and translation of the items on the first floor, in support of the forms below, allow you to create even the top floor of the semi-public green area, in the surrounding community that is facing the internal courtyard.
The project is part of the three units designed according to French standards.
Produces a total number of accommodation structured as follows:
n. 12 apartments for two people (31 mq for apt)
n. 12 apartments for 5 people (57 mq for apt)
n. 30 apartments for 4 people (45 mq for apt)
divided into 9 condominiums 2 floors, for a total of 204 people.
The apartments are equipped with a main living area with kitchen of 18 square meters that make up a open space.
The bathroom is divided into toilet area of 1 mq and the bathroom of 3 mq.
The rooms for two people are 12 mq and 9 mq for single user.
The three apartments type consist of 6 elements transportable size 9,00x2,99xh 3.00 m.
The three elements are then reassembled into a single element of urban composition:
a box of size 27,00x9,00xh 3.00 m.
The individual elements are covered by metal panels of a width of 1 meter.
For each item is a different color of the surfaces in order to distinguish them within the overall composition.
Reinforcement structures are all provided with steel elements in standard sections dry mounted.
