Architectural practice collaborates with an international construction fair and a cultural festival to propose a new cheap type of susceptible housing to be built collectively and located in residential areas.
Execution units
Architectural practice works with an international construction fair designing a cheap prototype for extra-small housing units, capable of generating residential areas grouped and easy to implement an evolutionary assembly. After a media campaign claiming and offering alternative housing for population with limited and/or economic resources without aspiration willing to lease the property; they can also actively participate in physical prototype assembly with the double intention of reducing costs, dignify and customize a home through yourself.
Includes: removable steel structure, wood “double T“ beams, sandwich panel (polystyrene-hydrophobic-board OSB), auxiliary steel structures, aluminum frames, sandwich panels (steel-polyurethane-steel), PVC plastic sheet, coffered PVC, cellular polycarbonate, glass and aluminum foil-polyethylene-aluminum; and coordination of friends, family or colleagues for assembling the prototype in reduced time with the machinery and auxiliary equipment required.
