For us, furnishing is a small poem where shape, economy and cut must enter in resonance like in a haïku.
For many years we have been designing furniture according to the requests and the opportunities whether it is for friends or within a building project as an annexe command.
Material is fondamental on the scale of the model as well as on the scale of the small series that we manufacture. Steel or aluminium sheets do seem to us an evidence due to their solidity, their capacity of implementation, their unity and last but not least their raw surface finish.
Functions are basic : the dining or work table, the coffee table, the chair. Our intention is not to just design another shape. It is simply about solving an equation : minimizing the folds, limiting the weight, offering a plurality of implementation and being functional - all gathered around a simple and contrasting idea. The components of this equation define our design rules.
