Sky Pavilion
We oftel look at the sky as something remote from us, trying to cope the distance by photographs or just staring at its colorful sunrise, sunset and starry nights. The continous chanching perception of its own colours is the reference idea that give such a shape to the freestanding pavilion. The sky chanching is something that affects our daily humour and interactions. So what about your sky? what is something gives you the chance to manipulate this temporary structure by moving its triangular shaped panels? People would be able to recreate their own favourite sky with their favourite colors. A parametric generated roof displays a trapped sky fitting as a new park feature that enhances social interactions between people attracted by this new urban experience. The system of panels, containing a mix of dense water based colour and oil not mixable between each other, is able to chancge its own configuration each time, turning the open space into an interactive space.
