We Made That have - through a wider collaboration - designed distinctive entrances to the Greenway at Wick Lane and Canning Road that relate to the Greenway's history and former municipal function as the route of the Northern Outfall Sewer.

Continuing the strong narrative of reclaimed materials used by the Greenway’s landscape architects, We Made That have reclaimed the graphic patterns from textured manhole covers and re-used this local graphic history on a series of steel vertical markers at each entrance. The same reclaimed patterns have also been scaled up and set into the Greenway concrete to create playful and dynamic entrance mats that welcomes visitors from the wider city into this secret horizontal landscape.
