At the confluence of the main access routes to Porto city center, the Living Porto building has 101 apartments divided in two bodies, one horizontal and one vertical. Each atrium serves two vertical access, using the space between for reception area and access to the common garden visible through the glass wall. The social areas of the apartments as the living room and kitchen face the garden, through large balconies. On the other hand, the rooms are facing the access street trough horizontal windows.
The volume and deployment of the building, the treatment of the facade and the garden space providing visual and acoustic decompression contribute to define the housing complex spatial quality.
