Integrare l'artificio nel pendio e tra le balze coltivate è stato l'obiettivo del progetto, un recinto virtuale si radica al suolo con un basamento in pietra di Trani.
Lo schema del piano ordinatore si definisce come un corpo ad "L" ( soggiorno a doppia altezza con loggia e corridoio con camere a monte) che staccato dalla collina, compone un sistema di patii a diversi livelli sia a monte che verso il paesaggio urbano sottostante.
