The trapezoidal space has two sides on the public highway and two sides located next to the borders of some private properties. The house is on four levels which are independent one from the other thanks to an external staircase: at the same time, they are connected by an internal lift. Also the basement can be used independently through the external staircase. The mezzanine is made up of a big space for the living room and the dining room with adjoining kitchen and bathroom; on the first floor there are bedrooms while the top-floor is for guests. Other rooms are located in the irregular part of the house on the eastern border. The external staircase also leads to the terrace-garden surrounded by high walls to tighten the volume of the entire building and to safeguard the users’ privacy.
