Andersen & Sigurdsson
Andersen & Sigurdsson Architects was established in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1997, by the architects Ene Cordt Andersen & Thorhallur Sigurdsson.
Our practice is focused on investigating architecture both on a theoretical as well as an artistic and practical level. We have participated in various competitions, teaching and project design and we have exhibited and lectured both in Denmark as well as abroad.
Ene Cordt Andersen is educated at the Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London. Ene has taught at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture in Copenhagen and at Iceland Academy of the Arts.
Thorhallur (Halli) Sigurdsson is educated at the Danish Design School and at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture in Copenhagen. Thorhallur has taught at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture in Copenhagen. He has been an associated professor at the Technical University of Denmark (Architectural Engineering).
