This flat, located next to the river turia enjoys magnificent open spaces
Located in the heart of Valencia, the house looks towards the river turia, giving it an unbeatable view of the gardens. The distribution is marked by a clear distinction between the private-night zone and the day-relationship zone.The area of day is a diaphanous espace with natural light that enters through the large windows. In addition, the walls has been replaced by elements that allow compartmentalization by creating spacious areas with sliding doors. As a more characteristic piece we highlight a central courtyard that rises as the heart of the dwelling. This courtyard allows to connect the living-dining room with the kitchen and the office. One of the highlights of this project is the lighting, all designed specifically for this housing, using rectangular bulbs and rips to ceiling or walls, without frames and creating an interesting effect and optimal ambient lighting.
