This small social housing tower - eleven levels - containing 44 flats and designed by CITA Architects (Lucas Meister and Leo Legendre) with a special attention to the site, retrains the popular and somewhat neglected La Noue neighborhood. On the north side, the big white concrete walls reveal the structure of the building and protect it from the noise of the highway. To the south, the building unfolds through a radiating geometry that provides filtered views on the horizon through mobile screen panels. All flats have double or triple orientation and benefit from generous terraces offering distant views on the landscape.
