This monolith concerte block painted in petroleum blue lies between a wasteland, the Antwerp harbour and a freeway. Although straightforward in its lining, it has nothing to do with pure and elegantly lined modern architecture. Which makes it only more relevant. This entity functions as an 'understation' for an electricity transporting firm. This being its' definition, it stands alone as a scaleless anomaly. In doing so it also earned its position.
