Temako is a sushi chain of restaurants.
The client was seeking for a low budget intervention.
The intention was freezing the demolition process with minimal intervetion.
Although for higienic reasons we change the finishes where the users reach.
The project can be resumed to a counter, a window frame from which the kitchen, services areas, dining space is defined.
