The aim is to potentiate the Plot value by its proximity to the “Flower Ocean” assuming an accomplice and privileged dialogue.
The result is an organic construction under a green mantle transforming every roof and path into a outdoor living area. The whole plot is a garden with variable heights that can also be used as a viewpoint to the Flower Ocean Park.
