The project seeks to address the problem, characteristic for the contemporary city, of the scarcity of green areas and public places for meeting and relaxation. Designed for the standard large-city development, the objects form will correspond with the surrounding skyscrapers. The buildings shape has been derived from two human figures male and female leaning towards each other, and will be formed by two, widening towards the top, oriented towards each other and touching with the tops, 320 metre-high dodecahedron units. The figures structure corresponds to the lines connecting the bodily orifices, responsible for the basic physiological functions (seeing, hearing, breathing, procreation, excretion). Inside the construction there stretches a grass-covered, ninefold-twisted spiral band of a surface area of 3 hectares serving as a strolling space. The Towers interior isnt thus filled by the offices or apartments typical for high-rise city buildings but rather by a sort of vertical park. Fully glassed-in walls open the building to the surroundings, offering panoramic sights and permitting the viewers to notice spots that are usually impossible to see because of the density of vertical development. The building is to create a space of relaxation, rest, and contact with nature in the middle of the city. No less important is the function expressed in the buildings shape: the Tower is a place for meeting, for rebuilding interpersonal relationships which usually suffer in the contemporary city. In Kozakiewiczs approach, architecture becomes an important factor inspiring and facilitating human interaction.
